Anyone on heres resolution to quit smoking??? NHS have released a box that is jam packed full of essentials that will help you quit and its totallllyy FREEEE

it includes
a wallchart that includes compliments for each day such as 'you look great' etc , a toothbrush, smokefree tangler to keep your hands busy, two free downloads to help your mind and body to relax, motivational

postcards and many more

it is all free and definatly worth getting even if its for a friend who needs to quit
i have ordered it to give to a relative who smokes
(i dont need it lol) Everyone should get it to use it or give it to someone else
